DACP 10
It’s time to celebrate!
DACP has turned 10 years old, and we are having a party.

Over the last 10 years we have started our own dance company, held six Disability Pride Art and Culture Festivals, provided Dis/Representation cultural discussion groups, and a variety of Disability culture, dance, poetry, art, and performance activities.

Come join us for hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, a silent auction, and entertainment including a performance by the Inclusive Arts Vibe Dancers.

When: Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 6:30-9:30pm
Where: Curious Comedy
5225 NE Martin Luther King Blvd on the #6, near #72 bus
Cost: 1 person-$20 on PayPal
2 people-$38 on PayPal
4 people-$75 on PayPal
$23 per person at the door

This is an exciting year for DACP as we have started a 3-year capacity building initiative through a grant awarded by McKenzie River Gathering Foundation, and we are producing the first ever Disability Film Festival in Portland.

Our celebratory fundraiser will support our Disability Film Festival to be held at Alberta Rose Theatre May 27-29, 2016.
DACP is partnering with a national film festival ReelAbilities (www.reelabilities.org).

Check out our website at portland.reelabilities.org and Facebook pages facebook.com/DisabilityArtandCultureProject and facebook.com/PortlandReelAbilities.

This event is ASL Interpreted, Audio Described and wheelchair accessible. We ask that people come scent free.

We hope you can join us in our celebration!
