DEADLINE CHANGED TO APRIL 11!

Disability Art and Culture Project is seeking performers for our Disability Pride Art and Culture Festival 6, this May 16-24! Download your audition form TODAY and return it to DACP by April 11, 2014!

Information on performances:

  • Performance pieces must be eight minutes or less.
  •  The audition is the form, linked below.  Download the form, fill it out, and return it to DACP. You must provide a detailed description of your performance, a video, text of all work such as poetry, song lyrics, etc.  We may ask to come view a rehearsal or ask for more information.
  • All performers will need to meet time deadlines. We will ask all performers to sign a video and picture release form. Please let us know if there are any extenuating circumstances where this may not be possible. (This will not affect your audition.)
  • Although slots in the performance schedule are limited, you are welcome to propose more than one project. Please note, only one stipend can be provided to each person or group. Submit a separate form for each performance. The stipend is $200 per a performance.

  1. I would love to be a part of this either as a performer or volunteer. Exciting! 🙂

    1. By all means submit an application to perform, and email us at disabilityartculture at gmail dot com to talk about volunteering! Look forward to working with you!

  2. My momma who is not blood related is in Oregon. I would love to come… but I am in Canada. Can I do the audition somehow? I would really and truly love to….
    Thanks…Angela
